Mat Pilates Sculpt
Our signature Pilates 45 minute full body workout Expect slow and controlled movements using the principles of Pilates to guide you through this low impact, high definition workout. Throughout the 45 minute class you will move through sequences targeting the core, arms, legs, and booty while utilizing props like ankle weights, bands, hand weights, and gliders. This is a full-body workout that will leave you feeling longer, stronger, and more toned.
Pilates in the Garden
Beginner friendly 45 minute full body workout in the beautiful Taylor Conservatory & Botanical Gardens Mondays in July and August.
During these 6 weeks expect to get some sun so please wear sunscreen.
